Child Safety and Abuse Prevention Policy
This policy is designed to comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and all applicable child protection laws. It outlines our commitment to safeguarding children, preventing abuse and exploitation, and providing a safe environment for all users, especially minors.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Abuse and Exploitation

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any user or account found to be engaging in such activities will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities for further action. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sharing, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Grooming, exploitation, or any other behavior that endangers children

Any content or communication that violates child protection laws

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

The sharing or distribution of CSAM or any exploitative material involving minors

Soliciting or attempting to solicit minors for any illegal or exploitative purposes

Engaging in grooming, predatory, or exploitative behavior toward children

Any activity that violates applicable child protection regulations, including COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and other relevant laws

3. Data Privacy and Parental Consent

If our app collects any personal or sensitive data from children, we:

Clearly disclose the types of data collected and how it is used

Obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting information from users under the age of 13

Comply with all relevant privacy regulations, including COPPA and Google Play Families Policy

4. Parental Controls and Child Management

We offer tools and features to help parents and guardians manage their child’s experience, including:

Parental supervision controls

Content filters and screen time management

The ability to approve app downloads, block specific websites, and monitor account activity

5. Reporting Mechanism

We provide an accessible reporting system within the app for users to flag inappropriate behavior or content, including potential CSAE/CSAM. Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, such as freezing accounts or notifying relevant authorities.

6. Designated Contact for Child Safety

We have a designated representative to receive notifications regarding any CSAE content found within our app and to coordinate with Google Play and law enforcement as needed.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the offending account and reporting to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to take further action as required by law.

8. Commitment to Ongoing Safety

We regularly review and update our safety policies and tools to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest regulations and best practices for child protection.
